ON ZOOM: Growing Edges

After the success in quality and quantity (40 attendees) of our first Sunday Service on Zoom, 29 March 2020, services will be held regularly on Zoom until the effective end of the coronavirus pandemic lock-down is over.

Using a term from the art and science of Professional Chaplaincy, “growing edges,” Heather will reflect on some of the growing edges of religion, spirituality and health, and how these intertwine.  She’ll consider the necessity of knowing our own growing edges, and the growing edges of our communities.

And will touch on lifelong learning, aging, fears and phobias of the mind and heart, spiritual deepening, new science and new theology, healing and mindfulness.

This is an overview of some important growing edges in our time, with some questions as homework to take us all forward.  A spring into spring!
